Cut off the top of the bell peppers, carefully remove the seeds from the inside.
Chop chicken (boiled), mix with squeezed garlic, grated hard cheese and curd cheese.
Peel and cut fresh cucumbers to the height of the pepper.
Fill half of the pepper with the cheese-chicken mass, make a depression and place the cucumber there.
Fill the rest of the pepper with the cheese mass, tamping tightly as possible.
Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Then, carefully, cut into rings with a sharp knife and put on a dish.
