Recipe preparation

Cook half the chicken for 1.5-2 hours

Soak gelatin in warm water for 30 minutes

Then heat it up and stir until it dissolves.

Pour into broth

Separate meat from bones, put in a dish

Fill with broth with gelatin, decorate with chopped boiled egg, herbs on top

Refrigerate until solid
