Recipe preparation

Cut the raw chicken fillet into strips and fry in a pan until golden brown.

Rinse the champignons thoroughly.

Put the mushrooms in cold water, when the water boils, reduce the heat and boil until tender (about 8 - 10 minutes).

Then cut into 4 pieces.

Finely chop the Peking cabbage.

Cut the cucumbers into medium half rings.

We combine all the prepared components, season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
