Recipe preparation
Wash the breasts and pat dry with paper towels
We do not cut each breast completely
Salt and pepper the breasts inside
Put basil and tomato rings on each.
Fold up and pin the edges with toothpicks
Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side or until tender (on the cut, the meat should be matte, without a pink tint)
