Recipe preparation
Whisk 3 egg whites until stiff, add a teaspoon of baking powder, sweetener to taste, and sifted flour.
Place in oven preheated to 180?.
Prepare the cream:
Whisk 2 yolks with sweetener, 1 tbsp Milk and 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon.
As soon as the crust is browned, take it out.
Spread cream, wrap in a tight roll and put in the oven again for 5-7 minutes
