Add to coconut milk: egg, baking powder 1 tsp, sweetener, vanillin to taste - mix - dough like thick pancakes.
Put the dough into the mold.
Sprinkle on top with a mixture of coconut flakes (optional 30-40 g maximum) and sweetener, you can add cranberries or jam from it.
After 30 minutes of baking, pour the cream on top of the cake to soak and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
