Recipe preparation

Boil shrimp in salted water, bring them to a boil and immediately remove from water

When the shrimp is cool, peel them off and chop finely

Cook hard boiled eggs. Peel and cut into cubes

Chop the parsley

Add cream, shrimp, egg, herbs, salt and pepper to the curd cheese and mix everything thoroughly

Cut the cucumber into thin strips with a vegetable peeler.

Roll each strip into a roll and fill with cooked minced meat.

Rolls can be connected with a skewer or toothpick

Place the lettuce and cucumber rolls on a plate.
