Recipe preparation

Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise.

Carefully cut out the flesh so that "boats" are obtained, and finely chop it.

For the filling, pass the garlic through a press.

Peel the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.

Finely chop the greens.

Mix the garlic, pepper and greens with the pulp of a cucumber, cottage cheese and paprika, salt, pepper and fill with this mass of "boats".

We decorate our dish of fresh vegetables and cottage cheese if desired.
