Recipe preparation

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Beat the whites until foam forms, add cottage cheese to them, stir thoroughly.

Add 1 yolk and softened tuna to the resulting mass.

Pour the mixture into a well-heated frying pan without oil.

Fry over low heat until a crust appears.

Then sprinkle the cooked dish with cheese, roll into a roll and cut into pieces.
