Recipe preparation
Diced chicken.
Mix eggplant cores, tomatoes and finely chopped onions with curry, salt and pepper.
We start them with eggplant boats.
We put them in a double boiler for about half an hour.
Then sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in a preheated oven or for 5 minutes.
