Recipe preparation

Beat eggs with mayonnaise, vegetable oil and water

Add baking powder, vanillin, sweetener and flour until medium thick (you can add cocoa for a chocolate sponge cake)

Stir until smooth and pour into a silicone mold

Cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes
