Recipe preparation
Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and leave in a roasting tin for 30 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces and peel them off.
Chop the basil finely.
Place tomatoes on fish steaks and sprinkle with basil.
Put pieces of butter on top and wrap the steaks in foil.
Bake in oven at 200 ° C for 25 minutes, until fish is cooked and begins to decay.
Serve garnished with fresh basil.
