Recipe preparation
Place the chicken in salted boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Remove chicken from water and set aside to cool.
Chop the cabbage finely, place in a deep bowl and season with salt.
After a few minutes, remember the cabbage with your hands to make it softer.
Cut the chicken into pieces and add to a salad bowl.
Add the grated cheese and stir everything.
Season with mayonnaise and stir again.
