Recipe preparation
Peel fresh fish, cut off the head, tail, fins, rinse thoroughly with running water and cut into small pieces.
Fold the fish into a deep bowl, put small sprigs of parsley and dill, pour over everything with lemon juice, salt, sprinkle with pepper and leave in a cold place for 3-5 hours.
Put the marinated fish on a grid previously greased with vegetable oil and fry on charcoal or grill until tender.
