Recipe preparation

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

Wash the lemon well, and then remove the zest from it.

Wash a small bunch of parsley, dry and chop finely.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add beans, peppers, 2 teaspoons of paprika, lemon zest and juice of half a lemon - cook, stirring for 5-7 minutes.

Then add parsley and salt to taste - fry for 1-2 minutes.

Then remove from heat, cool slightly and serve as a side dish for meat or as an independent dish.
