Recipe preparation

Wash and dry all vegetables and herbs.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes of about 1 by 1 cm.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

We cut each quarter across into 2-4 pieces.

Peel the bell peppers and cut them into strips.

Cut the onion into rings.

We tear the greens with our hands.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes with a side of 1-1.5 cm.

Now we lay out the salad in layers: cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, herbs, feta, olives.

Salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon and season with olive oil.
