Remove the skin from the herring fillet, remove the largest bones, wash, dry, cut into pieces and turn into a homogeneous mass using a blender.
Salt, pepper, add finely chopped dill and an egg - knead everything thoroughly.
Gently form cutlets with wet hands and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
If the minced meat turned out to be watery, then it can be spread with a spoon and fried like pancakes.
At the end, lightly steam the cutlets for 5 minutes under the lid, or send them to the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power.
