Recipe preparation
Pour the milk into a wide saucepan.
Pour the cottage cheese into the milk and start stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula so that it does not stick.
Bring the milk to a boil and continue to cook the curd in the milk for about 10-15 minutes.
The fire should be very low so that the curd does not stick to the pan.
Then we take a sieve and pour out our mass
If you have a large sieve, it is best to add several layers of gauze to it.
We are waiting for the whey to drain, the more the whey drains, the less carbohydrates will remain
In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan and mix it with an egg and soda
When the butter is mixed with baking soda and an egg, add boiled cottage cheese, from which the whey is glass
Stir on minimum heat continuously and thoroughly for about 5 minutes.
When the cheese turns pale yellow, you can remove it from the heat.
Then we transfer the finished mass to the mold, you can pre-cover it with gauze so that the cottage cheese goes away better and whether to transfer the mass back to the sieve.
We put the cheese in the refrigerator.
In a few hours, our hard cheese is ready at home.
It can be cut and put on a sandwich.
