Recipe preparation
For 1 kg of freshly frozen herring - 0.5 l of water, 2.5 tbsp. tablespoons of salt, 1.5 gr. sweetener, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil, 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 2 allspice, 1 teaspoon of dry mustard, 0.5 teaspoon of coriander.
Boil everything, cool, pour the prepared herring and leave in the refrigerator for 2 days.
