Recipe preparation

Grind the curd with half a teaspoon of baking soda

Add salt and sweetener

Leave for an hour at room temperature

Then add 100g softened butter, 1 egg, chopped garlic and ground paprika

Mix thoroughly and put on fire

Cook until completely melted, stirring constantly

Pour the finished mass into a container and cover with cling film

When the mass has cooled down, it is ready for use.
