Recipe preparation
Cut the chicken into serving pieces. Marinate each piece by rubbing with salt and pepper, then sprinkle all the meat with lemon juice.
Grease a baking dish with butter and place the chicken inside.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and continue baking until fully cooked. About 15 minutes before the chicken is done, place sliced tomato rings on top.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the tomatoes and finish baking.
