Recipe preparation
Take chicken thighs, season with salt, chicken spices, and black pepper. Mix well.
Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the chicken thighs skin-side up.
Prepare the cheese “coat”: grate hard cheese, add mayonnaise, a little mustard, chopped herbs (dill or parsley), and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake for 15 minutes.
When the cheese starts to melt and brown, reduce the temperature to 100 °C and continue baking for 20–30 minutes until fully cooked.
