Recipe preparation

Cut the mushrooms into cubes and sauté them in vegetable oil with chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper at the end. Add grated cheese and cream to the mushrooms and mix well.

Pound the chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper, place the mushroom filling in the center, fold the fillet into a "bomb," and wrap it in foil (lightly grease the foil with vegetable oil first).

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and let it brown for an additional 5–10 minutes.
