Recipe preparation

Pass the meat through a meat grinder, grate the garlic on a fine grater.

Add spices (cinnamon and pepper) and mix well, beat off.

Form oblong cutlets 1-1.5 cm in diameter from minced meat and fry in vegetable oil.
