Recipe preparation

Mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 300g flour

Knead the dough

Roll out on oiled baking paper

Put minced meat on the dough, roll into a roll, cut into several pieces

Put in a frying pan, pour with a mixture of mayonnaise + water + 1 tsp. tomato paste

Place in the oven for 30 minutes

Sprinkle with cheese
