Recipe preparation
Mix until smooth: 2 eggs, 6 tbsp of low-carb baking mix, 1 cup of cream diluted with water, 150 g of mayonnaise, and a pinch of baking soda. Pour half of the mixture into a greased baking dish, arrange pieces of 0.4 kg salmon fillet on top, season with salt and pepper, then pour the remaining "batter" over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 40–50 minutes until cooked. Very delicious! Enjoy your meal!
