Make meringues first

Using a mixer, beat the cooled whites into a cool foam

Without stopping whipping, add slowly the sweetener

When we feel that we have whipped the whites as much as possible, put the meringue on a greased baking sheet with a tablespoon.

Preheat the oven to about 100 ?

Bake the meringue for about an hour, they should begin to harden

Let the meringue cool down, then they will completely harden

We break the meringue into large crumbs.

Mix with mascarpone

Form balls and roll in coconut flakes

We put it in the freezer for a couple of hours
