Recipe preparation

Knead the stuffing, salt, pepper, add chopped onions, egg, mix

Boil mushrooms, salt, add spices.

Fry slightly. Divide the stuffing into portions.

Then put stuffing and mushrooms in the middle of each ball.

Carefully roll up the edges of the stuffing, forming cutlets.

Heat a frying pan, add a bit of vegetable oil and fry our zrazy on both sides.

Put the ready zrazy in a heatproof bowl, pour mayonnaise-garlic sauce and send for 5 minutes in the microwave.
