Recipe preparation

Make meatballs from minced chicken, cheese and herbs (you can add a raw egg) and dip the meatballs in boiling, salted water - cook for 5 minutes.

Then add cauliflower (disassemble into inflorescences) - cook for another 15 minutes.

Add mushrooms fried in vegetable oil.

Cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Add herbs and two garlic cloves (pass through a garlic press).

Season with pepper and salt to taste.
