Recipe preparation

Whip the egg whites with the salt until soft peaks form.

Continue beating and gradually add the sweetener and vinegar, then add the ground nuts or coconut flakes.

Place meringues in rectangle shape on baking paper on a rectangular baking tray

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 150-180 °C.

When ready remove, turn out onto a sheet of paper and let cool down

Pour 1-2 spoons of coffee and sweetener in boiling water, dissolve, add mascarpone and cream, whisk everything, spread it on the meringue, roll up and put in the fridge for an hour
