Recipe preparation

Rinse the mushrooms, boil, discard in a colander.

Finely chop the greens, put in a greased frying pan.

Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and fry.

Grease a baking dish with oil, put the mushrooms in it.

Beat eggs a little with a whisk, pour them over the mushrooms and put in the oven.

Bake until light golden brown.

Onions can be added if desired.
