Recipe preparation
Cut cucumbers into sticks, salt, and mix. Let sit for 20 minutes, then drain the liquid.
Finely chop garlic and add to the cucumbers along with pepper, vinegar, and soy sauce.
Heat oil until hot, remove from heat, add sesame seeds, and stir.
Dress the cucumbers with the sesame oil mixture and let them sit for 1 hour before serving.
