Recipe preparation
1. Thoroughly shake eggs with milk and pour into a preheated frying pan.
Reduce heat slightly and cover for a couple of minutes.
2. Put the cheese and herbs, a little more cheese on top, roll the omelet into a roll with the help of spatulas and leave seam down in the pan for a minute.
