Recipe preparation

Chop the champignons, fry in a mixture of olive oil and butter.

Add the white part from the green onions, and the loin cubes, pour over the egg, beaten with mayonnaise.

After 3 minutes, put the cheese slices on top, turn off the heat, cover and let stand until the cheese melts.

Garnish with cilantro and tomato.
