Recipe preparation
Mix the egg with mayonnaise and herbs in a blender
Pour the dough into a preheated pan, bake a pancake on one side.
Put finely chopped sausage on the edge of the pancake, sprinkle with grated cheese on top of the pancake, roll up the roll with a spatula, leaving it on the edge of the pan, pour more dough, spreading it over the pan with flowing under the finished roll and repeat the process.
It turns out 3 pancakes, we do not spread the sausage on the last pancake, but fold it, as if fixing our roll.
