Recipe preparation

Cut the duck breasts into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

Fry in a pan until all the liquid has evaporated, then increase the heat, add oil, onions chopped into rings, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, hot pepper and mix everything quickly.

Add chopped garlic and put everything on a dish.
