Recipe preparation

In a bowl, beat the butter with a sweetener, gradually adding eggs and cream.

Add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and place the cranberries on top, pressing them slightly into the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30–40 minutes.
