Recipe preparation

Grease the pork chop with olive oil and salt.

Place the chops in a hot pot.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Place the chops on a plate.

Add some butter, chopped mushrooms and onions to the pan.

Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in dry wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add heavy cream to the sauce.

Place the toasted chops in the sauce.

Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
