Cut the pork into pieces and simmer in a slow cooker until broth forms and the blood disappears on the meat.
Add mushrooms and continue stewing.
When the meat is tender enough add tomato paste, adjika and melted cheese.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Simmer everything together for another 15-20 minutes so that the meat is soaked.
