Recipe preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.

Make diagonal cuts on the fillets, pour over the marinade, and leave for 30 minutes.

Then fry from 2 sides until golden brown and put in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, put fillets in a plastic bag and cool.

Cut fresh cucumber into half rings, pickled cucumbers - into strips, tomato - into slices or cubes.

Tear the salad into pieces with your hands.

Cut the cooled fillet into strips, after cutting off a few thin slices for decoration.

Easy to mix all the ingredients and place on a flat dish.

Dressing: mix sour cream, mustard, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce and pepper to taste.

Drizzle over the salad.

Garnish with fillet slices and cherry tomatoes.
