Recipe preparation

Beat cottage cheese, butter, egg, salt and soda in a blender until smooth

Put the curd mixture in a water bath and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to melt

Grease the cheese pan and pour the cheese mixture into it

Put away in a cool place for 8-10 hours
