Recipe preparation

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Mix the yolks, mayonnaise, salt and soda.

Pour into a greased baking dish and place in the oven for a couple of minutes, until the first layer is slightly baked.

We take it out of the oven and put the canned fish crushed with a fork on the first layer.

Top with a layer of grated hard cheese.

Beat the cooled egg whites with a pinch of salt until peaks.

Put the beaten mass on top, forming the future crust of the casserole.

Put in a preheated oven, bake until brown.
