We take gelatin, put it in a saucepan, pour in half a glass of warm water and leave it alone for a while.
In the meantime, pour the sweetener into the sour cream, 5-10 tablets per kilogram, and stir / beat until it dissolves.
Heat gelatin with water, stirring, until completely liquid.
Mix with sour cream.
Divide the resulting mass into several parts, each of which will become a layer in the finished dish, and knead the appropriate fillers into each part.
You can use cranberries, grated chocolate, cocoa for this.
We will consider the option with three layers - with cocoa, cranberries and mojito.
Everything is obvious with cocoa, just mix. Rinse and dry the cranberries.
Mojito was made from leftover mint.
Grind the mint in a blender with the juice of half a lime (lemon), sweetener and a couple of tablespoons of water.
Squeeze through a sieve with cheesecloth and pour into the appropriate part of the future dessert.
As soon as everything for the first layer has been mixed, it is worth immediately pouring it into a mold and sending it to the refrigerator.
When the layer reaches the consistency of not too dense jelly, fill in the next one, and so on until the end.
We send it to the refrigerator until it is completely cooled.
