Recipe preparation
Salt minced meat and pepper to taste.
Drive in 2-3 raw eggs (depending on the amount of minced meat), stir thoroughly.
If desired, you can add chopped onions, garlic.
Chicken eggs - 4-5 pcs. - boil, cool under cold water and peel.
Spread out the foil, put half of the minced meat on it.
Place boiled eggs on top.
Then - the remaining minced meat.
Shape into a roll, pressing down slightly.
Grease the roll with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds to make it look like a log.
Wrap the roll in foil and bake in the oven at 180-200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
At the end of baking, open the foil so that the roll is browned on top.
Then check for readiness.
In a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms until golden brown, cover and bring to readiness.
Make small cuts in the finished roll with a knife.
Place mushrooms and dill sprigs in them.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if necessary.
