Dough: 200 g of soft butter, 2 eggs, vanillin, sweetener, flour 300 g, baking powder.

Filling: Mix 500 gr of curd in a blender with 2 eggs, sweetener and a little cream.
Preparation: knead the cold dough with your fingers on a greased form, form the bottom of the cheesecake and sides.
Spread evenly with a thin layer.
Pour half of the curd filling. Sprinkle with cranberries.
We take out the dough from the freezer, rub one part on a grater evenly over the curd filling.
Fill with the remaining half of the cottage cheese, sprinkle with the remaining cranberries.
Three last part of the dough on a grater, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C
