Recipe preparation

Cut the salmon into very thin slices about 6 cm by 15 cm.

Cooking the filling.

Grate cheese, add cream, pepper and chopped greens.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces, mix with the mixture.

1 tbsp. put a spoonful of the mixture on a slice of fish and smooth along the entire length and roll up, decorate with lemon and herbs.
