Recipe preparation
Separate the egg yolks from the proteins.
Beat the yolks with a sweetener so that there is a light mass.
Beat the whites separately until they are foamy.
Also whisk the cream separately.
Gently mix all three masses.
Add some lemon juice and vanilla.
Freeze for 3 hours in a container.
