Recipe preparation

Remove the skin from two onions and grind in a blender until a sauce is formed.

Cut the two remaining onions into rings.

Cut the bell pepper into large half rings.

Prepare 1 kg of veal.

Cut the meat into pieces, salt and add pepper and ground coriander.

Add the resulting onion sauce, onion rings and bell pepper half rings.

Mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

After that, put the meat together with the marinade in a slow cooker and set the "Baking" mode.

Barbecue cooking time - 45 minutes.

Garnish with herbs before serving.
