Recipe preparation
Fry the peppers in a dry frying pan or bake in the oven until black, then remove the skin.
Cut the onion into half rings, put the first layer in a salad bowl.
Cut the pepper into slices and place on the onion.
Cut the cucumbers into slices, put on the pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place on the cucumbers.
Crumble the cheese on top.
Mix oil with vinegar and season salad.
