In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add chopped garlic and paprika and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Put the peeled shrimp, salt and pepper in a saucepan and cook until they turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.
Add wine and lemon juice to the fried garlic in a skillet and bring to a boil.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
When the butter has melted, transfer the shrimp to the skillet and add the chopped parsley.
Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
